I have a 81 31 Trailer. I did not have a drain on the water tank. I found 
Airstream had a plug in the bottom of the tank where a drain could be 
installed. I install a drain. Airstream had a real stupid idea when they 
eliminated that drain. Look under your tailer for a drain plug. I can't 
exactly remember how I found my. I think I had to cut the metal under the 
tank.
