On my 85 25 footer the drain for the fresh water tank is just inboard of the 
wheels on the door side . The only way I have drained the fresh water is to 
connet the hose from the faucet and run water through . I havent found a 
drain.You aalso have to open the pop off on the hot water heater and flush it 
.Hope that helps
