[a/s] Low Voltage

Have a question about low voltage.  We are living in our Airstream waiting 
for our house to sell and it is really getting hot.  We have installed a 
30-amp outlet in the garage and ran a heavy-duty cord to the trailer.  The 
cord is fairly long which is probably what accounts for the low voltage to 
the trailer - our meter stays around the 110 -112 mark with the 
air-conditioner on.  Without the air-conditioner, it stays around 120 (in the 
'safety' zone).

My question is, are we doing any damage running the air-conditioner with the 
voltage at 110-112?  Actually, the only reason we need it is for the dogs 
when we have to leave them in the trailer.  Otherwise, they are out in the 
yard in the shade.
