Here's a thought about the mildew reaction:  Who says its the mildew? 
Close the windows down tight, leave nothing open, and wait for about
three days. During that time, leave a typical well-cleaned canning jar
inside and open.   After that passage of time, enter the AS and get the
jar---do not bring it outside until you have put the lid on---get a seal,
but not necessary to seal it like a casket!  Just close the jar.  Take
the jar to the nearest chemist, preferable one working at a city, state,
of fed air pollution control office.  Demand what is legally yours!  Have
them test the air quality for contaminants.  You may need to make this
request in a seriously strong fashion as they are govt employees and not
interested in being over-taxed.  Oh--sorry, bad phrasing.  I'm trying to
say over worked.  If they do their job at all the spectrometer and other
instruments may be able to indicate some element that is causing
sublethal activity/reaction.   
Addtionally, if you happen to know any university level chem, bio,
microbio instructors---now is the time to suck up and ask for favors. 
You want them to do what the air quality guys might do.  You want an air
quality analysis.  
If your tanks have any water in them, do the same for the water quality
analysis.  But, the wait is unimportant---just go get a jar of water and
seal it.  And, any sort of interior material such as curtains, wall
coverings, etc.  Take a razor blade and scrape the material.  Be sure to
label the envelope you put it into clearly as to where and when you
obtained it.   
Finally,   if you recently purchased this rv, simply contact the seller
and ask if the interior was cleaned at all in any way before selling it. 
If it has been recently cleaned in any way,  find out what it was cleaned
with.  Then, call customer service at that company and inquire from them
what you can do to neutralize their product for your allergy.  This isn't
their liability so don't suggest it is.  Their threshold of cooperation
decreases with each insensitive remark you make about their product.  
Finally, if none of this works for you, you must contact your physician
and get tested for allergies!  You can get things very specific at that
point and discover if there is some underlying illness you are
complicating. 
Most likely, it is you and you need the physical testing to get the right
pill or shot.   People do react acutely to molds as well as  other
irritants.  However, help is available for the most part.
