We live in Ohio and get Mildew during the winter time in the trailer. We have 
a little plastic container (black) that takes care of the problem On the 
bottom is: DRI - Z - AIR, Seattle, Washington. Made in the USA. Molded by 
Rainier Precision. I'm sorry that's all the information I have. They seem to 
work great for us. Also if we get a little mold we simply use a mildew 
cleaner to get rid of it. I have never heard of replacing drapes and fabric.
