Bruce,  
Good Sam is an RV and trailer oriented service.  AAA is an automobile
service and doesn't cover trailer towing in most areas.   They are both
fine, and I have no vested interest, but from my experience and comments
here on the net, I'd have to say that Good Sam is the best option. 
Unless you are buying a new Airstream and then they have coverage
options that are a good deal.
