Hi.... having had both, I can say that I would stay with the pull 
downs...full blackouts work great for the privacy and heat reflection.

My mini's kept catching on the window locks and were constantly getting 
bent...not to mention the rattling in about any kind of breeze if your have 
your windows open...

Just one persons opinion that has had both... :))
