Floor Rot-Checking WAS [a/s] 63 A/S For Sale

Hello, JO - We-elll, actually I've never done an in-depth inspection on
floors but I've been listening to everybody talk about it in this discussion
group. Basically, the idea is find out if there's floor rot by going around
with a screwdriver poking down into plywood floor. If the floor feels spongy
then there's gonna be some work involved. Hope I've answered your question
and that someone else on the List will jump in and elaborate or correct if
