Try removing the spark plug(s)  and check for a fluid lock. Coolant or fuel 
can drain into the combustion chamber and stop the piston. If it has a 
magneto-flywheel like a lawnmower engine, check for a sheared keyway. With 
the plug out, put your finger over the plug hole, turn the crank and feel for 
compression. No compression? possible stuck valve that might respond to Wd-40 
and gentle tapping on the valve stem. Sumpin to try anyway.
