I found one of the running lights I was going to use before I found the
metal ones and it is marked as follows:
Made by Peterson Mfg. Co
Grandview,MO
Part # PM-138-011
This is a identitical one to what my '73 International has on it (made
in USA too!)
This was found at a camper parts place but is also available at many
auto parts places.
To install:
You take off the lense and bulbs 
Then drill out the two rivets holding it on
Disconnect the single power lead
Connect power lead to new one by (how I did it) slipping on a piece of
heat shrink
soldering old wire to new one (keeping both as short as you can because
there is nowhere to stuff ANY extra wire)
Heat shrink the heat shrink(!)
Wrap the shrink with glass cloth electrical tape (for abrasion
resistance)< Don't skip unless you like fires!
Put a dab of silicone in the rivet holes
Put some on the back of the new light around the screw holes
Screw in screws (in the old rivet holes)
I used stainless screws to keep down rust streaks later.
If they don't work=
You probably used too much silicone (the screws and screw holes are the
ground)

This will give you clearance lights for a few years.
If you use the zinc lights you will have the lights until Y3K.

PS= one more mod while we are on lights=
I took the power-on bulb out on the control panel and replaced it with a
LED ( I used a blue one) Looks neater,lasts almost forever,uses alot
less power,generates almost zero heat.
Be sure to use a healthy resistor 'cause LEDs' don't like 12V.
