Patti - I was going to mention free-standing air conditioning in the post
about floor-mounted units... definitely the way to go if you're still making
up your mind... a good interim solution that you can use later to augment
your permanent installation. Consider using an existing vent/aperture (e.g.
bathroom vent) rather than punching a hole in your new baby.
