Are you also selling your home when you go sailing?  I had a beautiful
building put up for me by a company called Morton Buildings
www.mortonbuildings.com which has offices in almost every state.  If you are
keeping your home you might want to check into having a closed building made
for you on your property, then you can keep your Airstream instead of
putting it on some storage lot somewhere left in the open to the elements.

As for the water heater in your case I'd go for the regular 6 gallon type.
You will NOT recoup your investment in the other type.
