You will need to have one fabricated.  I will dig around in my files to find
an outfit that will do that.  Probably someone else will jump in with one
sooner.

But first, is there any chance that you can salvage the one that you have?
Mine was busted pretty good by freezing one time and I fixed it by plastic
welding it.  It is polyethylene.  The welding kit was really inexpensive
(especially compared to the cost of a new tank).
