The refrigerator sizes have changed over the years.
When we went to replace it in our '60 Overlander, the repair man was able to
find a dometic that was close to the size of our old one, and was able to reuse
the cabinet with just a little bit of reworking. Some people have opted to have
their old units rebuilt.
