To do effective charging from your vehicle requires wire to be #4 in
size. That's light-weight welding cable, and would also require
installation of a heavy-duty forklift battery connector for the charging
lines.

You'll get not much more than 4 amps or so of charge otherwise, and
that'll require hours and hours of driving to recharge the battery(s).
