Joe,
I think you got a picture from someone on the list, if not let me know.
The key to the rivet shaver working is the outside fixture that fits
over the the rivet head to guide the concave bit onto the rivet head and
keep the tool from moving around.  This portion of the shaver needs to
be able to be held stationary in place with one hand while the drill is
held with the other.  The other key concept is the bit needs to have
depth adjustment, otherwise you will end up with some funny looking
heads once the bit grabs hold of the stem.  Hope this helps and good luck.
