I purchased a vent cover courtesy of one of the VAC'ers that will be used to create a form. Once done, I'll make them available via the resource page of our website (rollout expected late January) As for the faying surface sealant I used Dow Corning "aluminum" silicone sealant in cartridge form. RJ
