Been there. Done that.

Mine was not all that difficult to remove. First had to take out the credenza
that was mounted in front of it. Then the wall panel between it and the Fridge,
The Fridge itself was secured to a metal frame at the bottom and a sheet metal
shroud along the sides running up to the roof vent.  Many different types of
screws and bolts were used. I don't know if this was from the factory install or
later jobs. But it eventually can loose and was deposed of.

That's as far as I gotten but I have done some checking and the new Dometics are
slightly different dimensionally. But you should be able to find a close enough
match if you want to re-install all the existing cabinets later.  We are
probably going to make some changes when we finally do get another fridge put
in.
