[VAC] How do you remove the rear brack/signal light houseing

I have a 31' excella 500 and would like to replace the bulb houseing unit
that is behind the red light on the rear, the part that contains the wires
and plastic. it is rusted and dont seam to want to clean up, is it quite a
job?
