[A/S] Air Conditioner dripping

First off - thanks to all who answered my questions on power 
invertors. I've decided to make coffee with a French Press and toast 
using the stove and a griddle.

My 2005 International was in for service last June because the air 
conditioner (Dometic Penguin 13,500 BTU) was dripping water thru 
BOTH the vents, onto the kitchen floor. Ended up cutting our 
vacation short. This was repaired by the dealer who said that 
somebody at the Airstream factory made a mistake and did not tighten 
a bolt. We used the AC after that and it was fine - probably ran it 
at medium speed with 3 on the temp. This last weekend, it leaked 
again, dripping water out of ONE of the vents. It ran fine Friday 
night - low speed with 4 or 5 on the temp. On Saturday, it was quite 
breezy so we shut the AC off and opened the windows. As temps 
climbed to 90 in the afternoon, we once again turned the AC on low 
speed with 4 or 5 on the temp. When this didn't cool it down enough, 
we bumped it up to high and maybe 4 on the temp. It started dripping 
from just one side of the vent. Called the dealer (nobody was around 
from the service department) and he said we wouldn't hurt anything 
by running it on low, even if it continued to drip. Since that 
really didn't help the situation, we cut our weekend short and 
headed home. A call to the service department today and they 
said, "generally when the AC leaks, it's a bolt." My question is 
does the AC unit have a condensation tube that should drain, like 
the fridge? If so, where is it and what does it drain into? Grey 
water tank? Also, this bolt they speak of - would it be on the 
inside of the AC unit or outside of the trailer, on the roof? Seems 
to me if they would've used a little locktite on the bolt, I 
wouldn't be in this situation. Have any of you had problems with the 
AC leaking? Any suggestions on what we should ask for in 
compensation of this recurring inconvenience?
