Gil,

In case you decide to go that way. The original antenna is a Braund 
Skyliner. The gear kit is available through many RV parts outlets. 
Typically retail price is $11 or so. Repair directions are on the card 
the parts come with.

If you still want to replace the Braund antenna with the Winegard here 
are some things to keep in mind. Unless your coach has 75 ohn coax cable 
you will not be able to replace or pull through new cable. Nearly all tv 
antenna lead wire used was 300 ohm flat lead. So abandon in place and 
rerun new wire through the refer roof vent, down and into the coach 
through the wall.
The gizmo in the wall on a Braund installation is an amplifier. The 
gizmo in the wall on a Winegard installation is a "power supply". The 
amplifier on a Winegard is actually up in the antenna. Winegard designed 
their system to send 12V up the antenna lead and the tv signal back down 
where it is seperated and fed to the tv. Bottom line the gizmo in the 
wall has to match the antenna installed.
