I can't help you much with Dish, but the following is a recent transaction
with Direct -
In the past 2 or 3 months I installed a Winegard dish on my 30' Classic and
spoke very openly with the folks at Direct (that is the service we have at
home). They said it was perfectly correct to simply extend the service
agreement for my home to include the trailer, for an additional $5 a month.
She said that depending on where I am in the US, I'll either get the New
York news feed or that from the LA area. I can also elect to get my local
news stations for some small additional monthly charge (and I've forgotten
how much, I didn't get it). I have to think Dish would have to allow the
same treatment to remain competitive. Don't know what problem you are having
with them re the CBS issue. I certainly get it via Direct.
