Actually, according to Ford, the only suspension difference between F250 and 
F350 trucks is the Front Springs.  Options can change a lot of other stuff 
though.  On an F350, you can optionally get a heavier front differential 
(Dana 9.5 instead of the stock Dana 9.0), and dual rear wheels, which would 
then add a beefier rear suspension and would also change the differential. 
But stock - just the front springs.
