I have an Ultra Fab.  I can just about lift the trailer tongue AND the F250 
Superduty off the ground with it.  Price wasn't bad.  The site I purchased 
from has a 3000 lb shown, but I got a 3500.  Links follow:

The prices are better than for Atwoods and some others, and Ultra Fab will 
repair it, period, if it fails.  It also comes with a handle so you can 
manually crank it if you have no power.  I have had mine two years and it 
still works like new (as it well should)
