I bought a Palm tungsten E2 with the TomTom GPS that mounts to your
windshield and sits just above your dashboard. It works great. The
maps are very good, the GPS shows the streets ahead and when to turn
right/left. It recalculates immediately if you miss a turn. It
indicates the clostest points of interest like Starbucks, Taco Cabana,
gast stations, museums, parks, etc. I use it daily in the Dallas area
and in my travels throughout Texas.
