A "dry bath" means that it has a separate shower (whether it's in the same 
room with the toilet and sink or not).  A "wet bath" is where the toilet, 
sink, and shower are all one without any separation between the shower and 
the toilet/sink.

In your three examples, the 25SS and the 23' both have dry baths; the 22' 
has a wet bath.
