Yep this is a scam and these folks keep showing up. 
We have a group of folks over at airstreamforums.com
who are fairly active in reporting these to ebay.  I
think this is about the 5 or 6th trailer in the last
two weeks that has been posted and is obviously a
scam.  The usual kicker is the low price and free
shipping for a very new trailer.

Be careful out there!
