This winter, we had lots of sub-freezing nights, but none as low
as 20F that I recall. Heating during these cold spells should work well,
assuming you remember to do it. If you just keep the thermostat set at,
say, 50F, then all you'd have to do is to remember to check the propane
level. You *do* have to be sure your furnace will turn on when the
thermostat is set to 50F. Ours did while we were in Churchill (yes, I
checked before I left Thompson), but a guy I know on another caravan didn't
check first, his pipes froze, and he was a very unhappy camper.
