[A/S] Check wiring

I will pick up my 1968 28 ft. A/S International, which has 'original wiring". I want to 
check the wiring to detect potential shorts, degraded connections, etc. I realize that 
if the lights turn on, the wiring is intact, but how safe? Is the wiring reasoanbly 
accessible, without tearing the whole rig apart? Joe Bell
