Joe, it is old rule that the majority of wiring problems are on the ends.
You will more than likely not have to much problems with the concealed runs.
With my trailer, radios, and boats I normally go through and clean all the
switches, sockets and contacts the first chance I get. Deoxit is a great
product for this task. http://www.caig.com/. The wiring in my 68 is fine, I
am not fond of Aluminium wiring but it works.
