Terry,

RV Screen rooms, like the Tropical Room are a great thing when set up in 
an area with not to much wind. Out West, having seen what a gust of wind 
can do to an open awning we tend to be a bit wind phobic.
Getting past that minor point, once installed, setting up takes about 
1/2 hour with de-taching at about 15 minutes. Installation requires a 
number of holes be drilled for snaps especially along the rubrail. When 
mounted it is a remarkably bug resistant enclosure.
The room comes with a carry bag to hold everything and because it is 
made of the same Sunbrella fabric it is heavy, expecially for the larger 
coaches.
