Tony, this process will not work for the newer
trailers using the new Micropulse systems.  Assuming
the panel or sensor itself is not bad, you need to go
through the recalibration process.

The sensor's used are much different from those in the
past that usually failed (for the black tank) very
quickly.  There have been some problems early with
these and the manufacturer developed a Palm program
which helps the folks at Jackson Center load the
proper information into the system at build time.

Be forwarned though, if you plan to do the
recalibration yourself, you must do all the holding
tanks, and will need a place to dump the black tank. 
Since you are still under warranty, your dealer should
fix this for you.  The good side is the monitor is
under a 5 year warranty, and the manufacturer stands
behind the product.  They sent me a new panel when one
of the LED's failed.
