         There are different reasons why a door may become sprung so as not 
to fit properly, other than opening while underway.  Ours became sprung, 
but has never opened while we were moving.  I suspect that holding its 
shape is partially aided by the screws/rivets that hold its various layers 
together.  These may loosen.
         Regardless, it's not a big job for the folks at Jackson Center, 
where we had ours fixed (we were there anyhow for a different repair, from 
an accident).  They did a great job, at little cost.  While they were at 
it, they ground a notch in the lock-set next to the deadbolt, so that the 
deadbolt handle falls into the notch when the deadbolt is open.  This 
prevents its accidentally locking from vibration [I still use a bungee cord 
- belt and suspenders, you know. ;-) ]
