Two thoughts ( and that's IT for the day, folks)

I recommend you replace all of your plugs, if your trailer is more than 
10 years old.  Eventually, the brass connections in all the plugs get 
fatigued by jouncing along the road and break. These are not AS 
specific, any RV supply place will have them and if you are unsure of 
yourself, they will put them on for you.  Check that they wired them 
correctly BEFORE you leave and maybe even before you pay....

Get yourself a can of spray electrical contact cleaner.  A good shot of 
that will often get you lit up and on your way.  Also good for other 
electrical connections and switches and such.
