Judy, first things you need to remember to turn off
the master disconnect.  Without that being off, you
will be supplying power to many of the control boards
of your different appliances.  I once measured the
draw on my '01 Safari with all the appliances off. 
The draw was .1 amp per hour.  After doing the math I
understood why my battery was depleted after a short
stay in the storage lot.  

With the master disconnect turned to the off position,
the draw was .01 amp per hour which I attributed to
the propane detector.

You will also get a natural discharge which occurs
over time, even without a load.  I pull the batteries
now and place them in the garage over the winter. 
I'll put a charge on them about once a month to keep
them topped off.  You will find that they will last a
lot longer this way.
