[A/S] Travel medical insurance through US & Mexico 3-4 months

Hi all,

As we're preparing to travel for an extended period of time I find
myself needing information about emergency travel medical insurance.  I
need to buy insurance beyond my basic Canadian health insurance coverage
for my partner and me.  That has never been a problem, but now that my
partner is 65 it seems to put us in a different bracket that's much more
expensive and has reduced traveling times.  So I'm looking for a new
insurance carrier.  

I'd appreciate any current experience/information/advice about insurance
carriers you might be able to send me.  If your information is more than
