I just bought a 1989 29ft Excella with the center bath, my first experience
with this floorplan. The center bath is not only a
smaller bathroom it "feels" much smaller. On the positive side with two
sleeping areas at each end of the trailer when one has guests there can be
some relative privacy. On balance I am pleased with the layout.
