Sorry, I guess I wasn't clear. The original question dealt with using 
window shade cores to mount and wind up the tambour doors, not as window 
shades. Some coaches had/have window shades behind the curtains. Just 
the 1970 model year as far as I know used window shade cores for tambour 
and then only in a few cases.
