Hi,

I have bought the above trailer to live in while I build me a house.
After listening to a lot of ya'll on here, I'm wondering if I should restore
it.

Everything except for the refrigerator appears to be as bought from the
factory.

The trailer is 30' measured from the toungue so I'm not sure if it would be
classified as a 28' OR a 30' ??
