10 is 0pen you will have to go across  the Hwy 11 bridge at Slidell
you will be routed there. Start filling your tank at the half mark and
you will be OK. I am typing this from a tent in the French Quarter and
things are looking better. I just had coffee at Starbucks. 10 shoulod
present no problem.
