Seeing there are just two of you. I'd recomend the 31ft Classic w/o 
dinnette. From what I'm told they are actually both 31ft, but call the 30ft Dinnette 
a 30 foot because of different bath layout? 
I think but am not sure the 30ft dinette and w/o dinnete have walk thru 
baths? and the 31 w/o dinette has side bath?
Without the dinnete you get a bigger living room, and just flip up the 
"dining table" when needed.
and just sorta assuming w/o dinnette would be slight lighter????
and it goes without saying, as you've seen from other posts you get many 
upgraded features such as better systems, better step, and windows in the Classic 
series.....
