Nothing has been said if this is a pole connected direct to the power 
company lines.
If this is true you will need a "Meter Loop"  with a meter socket and 
breaker box.
Then a 30 Amp 120 volt weather proof outlet would be connected to the 
side of the breaker box.   You may also want to add a weather proof 120 
Volt 15 to 20 Amp Duplex outlet along side of the 30 Amp.  Just in 
case.
