You can go to Lowes or Home Depot and buy a small electrical box and an
RV receptacle plug and a short piece of 30 amp romex and a breaker box
and a 30 amp breaker and install it yourself right off of the box
installed by the power company. It is really easy to do and this way it
would be rather inexpensive. I have done this at Hunters house in TN and
my own home to allow for hookups.  The people at Lowes or Home Depot
will tell you how to do the installation if you are not handy at do it
yourself jobs.
