The 1969 trailers are the first of the big change.

There are some safety bulletins that may or may not have been 
complied with.

Additionally, more than likely, the axles are bad. If it's been near 
salt water for years, the chassis could be gone.

There "can be" many things wrong with it, on the other hand it may be 
ok.

Having the trailer inspected by someone that is very familiar with 
it, is the safe way to go.

$8000.00 for a 69 that is in "top" shape would be ok, but it would be 
an exception.

If it needs many repairs, $2000.00 could still be excessive.
