If the vibration is truly the driveshaft you could try
having it rebalanced, and if that has no effect, have
the pinion angle checked and adjusted as necessary
with shims.  I'd try a driveshaft shop or someplace
that works on off road trucks, with real driveline
vibration experience.
By the way, I tow my 32' excella with a '99 Dodge 3/4
ton 4X4 quadcab longbed with the V-10 with just a
weight bearing hitch and friction sway bar.  I have
added air springs and a heavy duty antisway bar to the
rear suspension of the Dodge and it tows rock solid
with absolutely no hint of sway at any time.  The V-10
IMHO is the finest gasoline towing motor ever made,
with 450 'lbs of torque it has plenty of oomph to
climb the hills in cruise at 65 with a 3:54 rear, and
gets 8 MPG on regular gas while doing it in relative
silence.  If I go 50-55 I can coax 11 or 12 MPG out of
it on the flats.  I might add that I also have a very
tall and square woodframed camper cap on the back that
weighs a good 400lbs, too, which is usually loaded
with firewood, etc, so the aerodynamics could be
better.
