Hi Tricia and Conrad,

<grin> Okay, are you ready? I confess. I have a simple indulgence.

1 - A screen door bonnet is similar to a fitted pillow case that I slip 
over the top of the screen door on days when the sun comes in too 
strong for me to read my newspaper while sitting in my comfy chair. I 
like having sunlight on the floor, up the sides of my chair and over my 
legs, but not in my face. Voila` - a bonnet was born. Sometimes 
silliness runs rampant.

Can't you tell?  It doesn't take much to please me. Sandie says I'm low 
maintenance.

2 - Corner cornices are something we noticed right away in our '89 32'. 
They are the wood trim and fabric crowns on the end of our overhead 
cabinets. There are two in the living room and two in the bedroom. The 
fabric and wooden trim is held in place only with staples. It's simple 
to change the fabric and press the wood trim back into the same holes 
with a little tic tac for good measure.

As full timers living in small quarters, we noticed simple changes can 
enhance the ambiance we feel during different seasons and holidays. 
This Christmas we may buy Santa Claus fabric and sew up a new cover for 
our catalytic heater. Our CAT cover can display anything we want. 
Simple creations are easy to do.  All of us have our quirks, don't we?

As a kid, my mother thought it was important for me to memorize what 
famous people said. One of her favorite quotes was by Ralph Waldo 
Emerson. He said: "To be simple is the best thing in the world." I 
liked that one because keeping it simple was easy to do.
