Re: [A/S] 1972 power converter is out
I know I am going to receive some static for this but when I bought my 65
trade wind some years ago the power converter was dead I simply bought a 0-10
battery charger.I wired a plug into the circuit where the converter was wired
into connected to the battery an and lived happy with this setup every since
I now have 2 Optima batterys and the trailer is always on shore power as it
sits in my side yard because I like to keep my fridge and deepfreeze on and
also an elect fan running to keep fresh air flowing I also leave a couple of
lights on and my volt meeter reads a constant 13 volts. This works for me and I
didn't have to spend big bucks for a converter.
