Dave R. To gain more ground clearance, the Henschen axles can be moved downward, by extending the axle mounting plates. However, if the axle is shot, moving them downward won't accomplish a thing, except to lighten your checking account. A bad axle, is a bad axle, regardless of how it's mounted. Andy
