You may have one, or not.  On an '89 Excella I had it was reachable outside 
from the street side wheel well -  a little white plastic petcock thingie.

A '91 Limited I currently have was shipped without any drain of any kind. 
Factory must have been out of them the day mine came off the line, and they 
simply capped the outlet. It was curb side. I had to remove the cap and 
install one myself.

Expect either a petcock or a pipe cap somewhere near the wheels outside, on 
a side.
