What do you mean by "the Hensley locks up."  Is this some kind of flaw that 
I don't know about?  So far as I understand the Hensley, it doesn't "lock 
up" - it's a passive linkage.  It does, however, place a lot of stress on 
the hitch platform, since the trailer is trying to turn the tow vehicle 
through a very large mechanical disadvantage.  Is that what you are talking 
about, or is there some kind of breakage or flaw in the hitch that can lock 
the linkage so that it cannot move?
